Why she might be annoying:

Two days after the September 11th attacks in New York, she told the residents that live near ground zero that their air was clean and water was safe to drink, which really wasn't.
She resigned from her EPA position under Bush's cabinet (June 2003).
She cut funding for higher education during her governor tenure.
She was a spoiled child growing up.
She hated going to an American school in Paris and told a tale to a teacher and classmates of how her 'dad routinely chased her mom around the dining room table with a hatchet.' Her mom took her out of the school after the school counselors called.
She attended an upper class French school.
Her parents took her out of the school after discovering her fascination with men and women kissing in public.
At 10 years old, her parents enrolled her in a school in Switzerland.

Why she might not be annoying:

She became the first female governor of New Jersey.
She cleaned up New Jersey's environment during her tenure as government.
She cut taxes 38 times during her seven year tenure.
She upset Democrat Jim Florio during the 1993 NJ governor election.
She defeated Jim McGreevey in 1997 to serve her second governor term.
She calls the Howard Stern show from time to time.
