Pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies (1989-1991), Cleveland Indians (1993-1995), California Angels (1996-1998), New York Yankees (1999-2000), Kansas City Royals (2001-2004), Baltimore Orioles (2004-2005), and Arizona Diamondbacks (2006-June 7, 2006)

Why he might be annoying:

He distributed steroids, human growth hormones, and other performance-enhancing drugs to baseball players. This led to federal authorities searching his house, and the Arizona Diamondbacks releasing him (June 7, 2006).
In the Diamondback clubhouse, he laced the coffee pots with amphetamines, and had the two coffee pots labeled ‘leaded' and ‘unleaded.'
He was not a notable player until the steroid scandal emerged.
He lost more games than he won.
He helped Albert Belle dispose of an illegally corked bat by crawling through an air conditioner duct to retrieve the bat from security.
In 2003, he admitted to the use of human growth hormones, amphetamines and steroids.

Why he might not be annoying:

He won a World Series ring as a member of the New York Yankees in 1999.
He was willing to admit some of the other players that he knows of that used steroids.
After the steroid scandal came out, he asked to be released from the Arizona Diamondbacks.
A small plane crashed outside of his home in 2004.
