    She was set to appear in 1992's 'A League of Their Own' movie, but had to drop out because she was pregnant.
    She owns a restaurant in Massachusetts called 'The Ship's Inn.'
    She auditioned for the role of Alice in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Child,' but lost the role to actress Lisa Wilcox.
    After her success in the 1980s, she disappeared from films.
    After disappearing out of thin air, she was featured in a VH1 'Where Are They Now?' special.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She played an assertive reporter in the comedy movie 'Married to the Mob' (1988).
    She is one of the most notable characters in the 'Halloween' franchise.
    During the rooftop scene in 'Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers,' she injured herself with a cut on her torso with a large nail.
    Even after losing a lot of blood, she went right back and finished the scene a few minutes later.
    She graduated from Rollins college in Winter Park, Florida in 1986.
