Why he might be annoying:

His book 'Perceptrons' (1969) was blamed in some quarters for discouraging research into neural networks, contributing to an 'AI winter' in the 1970s.
He held two academic symposiums at Jeffrey Epstein's private island, the second one after Epstein was registered as a sex offender.
Virginia Giuffre claimed that Minsky was one of the men that Epstein's procurer, Ghislane Maxwell, 'directed' her to have sex with.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was married to pediatrician Gloria Rudisch for 63 years.
Rudisch said she was always with Minsky during his visits to Epstein's residences, so he could not have had sex with any of the women there.
He was a talented pianist and published papers on the relationship between music and psychology.
He was an advisor on the film '2001: A Space Odyssey.'
When Isaac Asimov named himself the third most intelligent person alive, he listed Carl Sagan and Marvin Minsky as the two people ahead of him.
