Quarterback for the Washington Redskins (2001), Miami Dolphins (2002-05; 2011), Houston Texans (2006-08), Minnesota Vikings (2009; 2011-12) and the New York Giants (2010-11)

Why he might be annoying:

His middle name is Jamen.
He played on five different teams, which included two separate stints each with the Dolphins & Vikings.
He chose to wear #2 in his later seasons due to the fact he had two children and was a fan of U2.
He was initially slated to compete for the Vikings starting quarterback position in 2009, but was relegated down the depth chart when Brett Favre signed with the team.
He never amounted to nothing more then a backup/third string quarterback during his NFL career.
