Why they might be annoying:

Many of the Texans fans voted against tax increases to build the Oilers a new stadium, which is the reason why this team even exists today.
By the end of September, in their first season, some fans were already getting impatient with the team losing games.
The new Texan fans use to sing a song 'Houston Oilers' until that team moved to Tennessee.

Why they might not be annoying:

Many of the Texans fans are former Houston Oilers fans.
The team sold 30,000 tickets to an August scrimmage against the Dallas Cowboys in their inaugural season.
