He is typecast as Admiral Piett.
He always looks half-asleep.
His fame seems only to be among 'Star Wars' fanatics.
Ironically, he has portrayed both Jesus and Hitler during his career.

Why he might not be annoying:

His character wasn't originally in the script of 'Return of the Jedi,' but was added in when 'Star Wars' fans demanded more of him.
He is cool with being typecast as a villain, saying: 'It's fine by me, because villains are more fun to play. They're the ones you latch onto.'
He has been described as 'likeable' and 'polite.'
