    Washington, D.C. political lobbyist (1994- )
Player in Abramoff-Reed Indian Gambling Scandal and SunCruz Casinos case

Why he might be annoying:

He is a central player in several high-profile political scandals.
He is close friends with Tom DeLay.
He illegally gave money, trips, gifts, and campaign donations to politicians in return for political favors to his clients.
He has tainted the careers of all politicians involved with him.
He bilked millions of dollars from Indian tribes in lobbying and public relations fees.
Despite being religiously conservative, his private e-mails show he used a lot of racial epithets and profanity.
He owes millions of dollars to clients and to the I.R.S.
He produced a movie with assistance from South Africa's apartheid government.
He worked for an Islamic banking company with alleged links to al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.

Take out the 'Abram' part and his name is Jack Off.

Why he might not be annoying:

He graduated Brandeis University and Georgetown University.
He was successful and powerful, earning a multi-million dollar salary and owning boats and stadium skybox seats.
He has good taste in clothing and style.
He's described as being friendly, talkative, and funny in person.
He agreed to reveal which politicians and lawmakers he paid and what was required of them, which may result in more arrests and prosecutions (January 3, 2006).
Rather tellingly, he said: 'I think there are people who would prefer that there are no political contributions, people who would prefer that all members of Congress live an ascetic, monklike social life. This is the system that we have. I didn't create the system.'
