Drafted 20th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 1997 NBA Draft
Center for the Cleveland Cavaliers (1997-2010) and the Miami Heat (2010-11)

Why he might be annoying:

His name is extremely hard to pronounce.
He missed his entire sophomore season as a result of foot injuries.
He spent the prime years of his career on horrible Cavaliers teams.
Despite being considered a Cavs mainstay, he signed with the Heat in order to pursue a championship.
He was traded to the Wizards at the trade deadline, only to return to the Cavs after a mandatory waiting period (2010).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was inspired to pursue a pro basketball career after seeing the success of fellow countryman Arvydas Sabonis.
He earned All-Rookie Team honors (1998).
He stuck it out during the Cavs lean years, prior to the arrival of LeBron James.
He and his wife adopted two sons from his hometown of Kaunas (2009).
He is an avid follower of military history and would often read passages as a pre-game ritual.
