    Her studies are almost exclusively predicated on identity politics.
    She has been accused of perpetuating pseudo-science by her peers.
    She frequently gives seminars arguing that racism is embedded throughout America's political systems and culture.
    The premise of her argument insists that when a person denies the charge of racism, their denial is actually an admission of guilt.
    She charges a fee of between $10,000 and $15,000 for a two-hour workshop session.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She grew up in a poor Italian-American family.
    She initiates brutally honest discussions about white privilege.
    Her 'White Fragility' book skyrocketed to the top of the New York Times in the wake of the George Floyd police brutality protests.
    She said: 'Guilt is natural. Defensiveness is natural, part of the process of coming to consciousness. The question I will leave you with is not Is this right or wrong, true or false, good or bad, but How does it function?’ If your guilt is functioning to immobilize you and to excuse you from staying in the struggle, it’s functioning to support racism.'
