Why he might be annoying
    During the September 11, 2001 assault, he immediately went into hiding.
    He has a weak heart, yet he still ran for vice president (2000).
    Despite being a proponent of FCC fines for obscene language he told Vermont Democrat Sen Patrick Leahy on the floor of the Senate 'Get Fucked' (June 2004).
    After he became Vice President, new editions of his wife Lynne Cheney's novel were published without the lesbian love scene.
    During the 2004 Vice Presidential Debate against John Edwards, he encouraged voters to log onto Factcheck.com, a site dedicated to dictionary and encyclopedia sales. Factcheck.com quickly redirected the traffic to an anti-Bush Administration website.
    He took time off from Yale, when he returned he flunked out.
    Cheney's Got a Gun - He accidentally shot 78 year old Harry Whittington while they were quail hunting (February 11, 2006).
Why he might not be annoying
    His daughter Mary is gay.
    He is considered the brains behind the Bush Presidency.
    He has taken a strong stance supporting Israel's right to retaliate against violence.
    He earned a masters in political science at the University of Wyoming (1966).
    He was captain of his high school football team.
