    Republican representing Pennsylvania's 4th, then 10th (following redistricting) congressional district in the US House of Representatives

Why he might be annoying:

    He's a conspiracy theorist.
    He challenged the legitimacy of Pennsylvania's 2020 election results, while apparently not having a problem with the results of his district.
    He's hypocritical, attacking left wing extremism, while at the same time, promoting a right wing extremist point of view (extremism is extremism).
    He voted against condemning Q Anon.
    He was the first sitting Congressmen to be asked to answer questions by the House Select Committee looking into the January 6 Capitol insurrection.
    He's an NRA member.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He graduated Penn State University.
    He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a member of the Army National Guard.
    He states he got his first job at 13 years old.
    His bio states he was the son of a single mother who fled two abusive relationships; once they found a place to settle, it was a home without modern amenities.
