Why he might be annoying:

Apparently, naked babies scare some people.
He claims to have memories of the 'Nevermind' photo shoot in a Pasadena, California swimming pool (he was four months old).
He has said: 'Every five years or so, somebody's gonna call me up and ask me about Nevermind . . . and I'm probably gonna get some money from it.'
He keeps a framed platinum disc of the 'Nevermind' album in his bedroom, but he admits he's not a Nirvana fan.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is pictured on one of the most recognizable rock album covers of all time.
He represented an innocent baby corrupted by money (some say it ironically represented Kurt Cobain and Nirvana).
He seems not to be embarrassed about having his naked baby photo for the world to see.
His photo has been parodied by 'Weird' Al Yankovic and Bart Simpson.
