Why he might be annoying:

His teeth were jacked up.
In 2006, while studying in Munich, his girlfriend did a striptease for him in a nightclub.
When the club's bouncer threw her out, Saif scuffled with him, getting a laceration on the head.
He planned an acid attack on the bouncer as revenge which never came to fruition.
For several months, there was speculation he was not even dead due to the airstrike, just hiding out.

Why he might not be annoying:

His name means 'sword of the Arabs.'
In 1986, as a four-year-old, he was wounded in an air raid that killed his adopted sister.
He died alongside his sister Ayesha's three children.
A French-born doctor eventually confirmed the mangled corpse of Saif.
