Why he might be annoying:

    Like many other Heisman winners, he struggled in the NFL.
    He is the oldest player in NCAA history to win the Heisman Trophy.
    He opted to pursue a football career in his late 20's.
    He was the starting quarterback for the Panthers during their atrocious 1-15 season (2001).
    He holds the NFL record for most consecutive losses by a starting quarterback.
    He went 2-18 in his first 20 NFL starts.

    He attended college at Florida State.
    He guided Florida State to a national championship (1999).
    He set the Panthers franchise record for passes in a single game with 423 yards.
    He filled in admirably for Jake Delhomme during the 2006 season.
