    Despite coming from a family of immense wealth, he preferred to make it in the NFL on his own merits.
    He played both the offensive line and defensive tackle positions in both high school and college.
    He coached on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball during his tenure with the Titans as a way to prepare for being a head coach.
    He was credited with helping rejuvenate Ryan Tannehill's career and establishing Derrick Henry as a power running back in Tennessee.
