Vocalist

The Resume

    (January 16, 1972- )
    Plays guitar
    Primary vocals for the Wiggles
Recorded 'Greg Page' (self titled debut album) 'Throw Your Arms Around Me' 'Greg Page: Live in Concert' 'I Believe in Music' 'Taking Care of Country'

Why he might be annoying:

He has a second career as an Adult Contemporary singer covering such classics as 'Sugar, Sugar' and 'Islands In the Stream.'
    2 words: Leisure suit.
He covers Elvis songs like 'In the Ghetto' and 'Hunka Hunka Burnin' Love.'
In the early Wiggles videos, his shirt is more gold than yellow.
His Wiggles schtick is doing magic tricks (He is forever trying to coax a rabbit out of his top hat).
His 'magic hat' in the first Wiggles' video ('Big Red Car' in Australia, 'Dance Party' in the USA) is a bowler.
His hip sways are very Elvis-like and kinda sexual.
His fans are called 'Yellow Pages.'
He loves Cricket and always makes a lot of references to the sport.
He became the yellow wiggle by default. Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt already had red and purple shirts, respectively. Anthony Field and Greg went shopping for shirts. Both of them saw a blue shirt on sale and ran for it. Anthony was faster. So Greg bought a gold (yellow) shirt.

Why he might not be annoying:

He has a degree in Early Childhood Development.
He drives the Big Red Car (probably because Jeff falls asleep at inappropriate moments).
He is the only Wiggle with formal vocal training.
    He has bad knees (ACL?).
His first CD as an adult contemporary singer was well received by the Sydney press.
He has 2 children, a 'son' and a daughter. He adopted his stepson whom he refers to as his 'son' (who in turn considers Greg his 'father' not his stepfather).
His presentation of magic tricks is really good.
He loves cricket so much, he formed a company designed to teach children how to play cricket and adults to coach cricket. Unfortunately the website/company failed.
