Murdered on a backroad outside Memphis (July 18-20, 2010)

Why he might be annoying:

He had various tattoos on his arms.
He divorced his wife after 15 years of marriage.
He was a journeyman player.
It is widely speculated he sold vehicles to people who had connections to the drug world, as one of the vehicles picked up in a drug bust was registered under his name.
He allegedly carried a large sum of money on him prior to his disappearance.
When he called 911 for help, the Memphis Police Department did not act in an urgent manner, despite the fact that the dispatcher who took the call heard bullets being fired in the background.

He played in Memphis at all levels of basketball.
He was one of the first players acquired by the Grizzlies franchise in Memphis.
He lost his youngest daughter to SIDS (2003).
He provided financial assistance to orphan Travis Butler, after his plight caught national attention.
He earned All-American Third Team honors in college.
He was considered a generous person by family and friends.
