Charged with sexual abuse (January 1997)

Why he might be annoying:

His kept his homosexuality in the closet for years.
He sexually abused teenager Sheldon Kennedy over 300 times.
He seemed to have an infatuation with Kennedy, as he acquired him to every team he was coaching.
It is reported that he abused Theoren Fleury along with Kennedy.
He has an extreme-ly large beer belly.
He and Kennedy had a relationship which was similar to that of David Frost and Mike Danton.
He was known as an eccentric hockey coach.
He was allowed to coach minors in Spain after his prison sentence was over.

Why he might not be annoying:

He coached the Swift Current Broncos to the 1989 Memorial Cup championship.
He coached future NHL superstar Joe Sakic.
His case brought attention to sexual abuse in minor hockey.
He was banned from coaching Canadian junior hockey for life.
