He dyed his pubic hair blue for 'Pink Flamingos.'
He co-wrote 'The Diane Linkletter Story,' a short film that satirizes the suicide of Art Linkletter's daughter.
He bled to death after cutting himself on a glass while stoned on angel dust.

He had a striking handlebar mustache.
He often worked as an uncredited hair stylist and makeup artist for Waters.
He introduced fellow Dreamlander Divine to drag.
