Why he might be annoying:

He feels Simon is the worst judge because his comments don't focus on the music.
He is an evangelist.
His favorite music is gospel.
He sings opera.
The first concert he attended was the American Idol 2nd season tour.
While singing. he bounces by bending up and down at his knees.

Why he might not be annoying:

He missed the cut for the top 32 participants in 'American Idol.' However, one of the 32 got arrested for DWI and he became the replacement.
He was the last man standing, leaving four women to compete for 'American Idol.
He is extremely likeable, having a baby face and childlike attitude.
He idolizes Stevie Wonder.
He aspires to either go into entertainment or become a teacher.
He would like to be rich, so that he could use his wealth to build homeless shelters.
He shaved his moustache for the show and it took years off his appearance. He went from looking like an old man to looking like a kid.
He attended the University of Oklahoma.
He has yet to finish college because he cannot afford it.
