She resembles Florence Griffith-Joyner.
She wasn't interested at all in Chip until she saw his car.
She didn't do very much to contribute to her team's success, including only taking on one Roadblock (tasks for one person) and making Chip do the rest.

Why she might not be annoying:

She and Chip are the first African-American winners of 'The Amazing Race.'
She often provided a calmer, rational presence to reel in Chip's enthusiasm before it got them eliminated.
She says she and Chip soul mates.
In the final leg she discovered the plane the other teams were on was delayed. She acquired tickets for a different plane, which probably single-handedly won the game.
