Why Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place might be annoying:

It shortened its name to 'Two Guys and a Girl' for the third season.
The new name drew confusion with the Robert Downey, Jr. film 'Two Girls and a Guy.'
The pizza place was eliminated from the show altogether at the end of the second season.
It was moved from its original time slot on Wednesday nights to Friday night, which was the death blow for the series.
It had a high cast turnover.
It gave viewers an option online to vote for which female character should get pregnant at the end of the fourth season, which was to be revealed at the start of the fifth season.
The result wasn't able to be revealed as the show got cancelled at the end of the fourth season.

Why Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place might not be annoying:

It was originally a mid-season replacement on ABC during the 1997-98 season.
The pizza place was inspired by an actual pizza establishment the show's creator worked at, while attending Tufts University.
It helped launch the career of Ryan Reynolds.
It was able to evolve the main characters from being slackers into actual professions for the third and fourth seasons.
Nomar Garciaparra made a guest appearance on the show as a member of the Boston Red Sox during the third season.
It had strong ratings during the first couple seasons.
It used The Violent Femmes single 'Blister In The Sun' as its theme song during its first two seasons.
