    Premise: 'Dinosaurs' follows the life of a family of dinosaurs dealing with modern day issues in pre-historic times

Why Dinosaurs (TV) might be annoying:

    Baby Sinclair's favorite pastime was to hit his dad repeatedly over the head with a frying pan while shouting 'Not the mama!'
    A music video of this activity was eventually produced for the song 'I'm the Baby, Gotta Love Me!'
    It referred to sex as 'the mating dance,' urging views to 'always wear protective footwear!'
    It featured an episode of Charlene going through puberty and suddenly growing a large tail.
    In the last episode, all the characters died as the ice age began.
    The characters ate living things.
    This prompted the network to warn that the episode might upset children.

Why Dinosaurs (TV) might not be annoying:

    It was very popular among both children and adults.
    Although the show appealed mostly to children, many jokes were intended for adults.
    It had themes such as environmentalism, women's rights, censorship, civil rights, drug abuse, racism and peer pressure.
    It featured many guest voices such as Tim Curry, Jason Alexander, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Richard Simmons, Michael Richards, Michael McKean, and Dan Castellaneta.
    The shows animatronic dinosaurs were created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.
    It satirized the Persian Gulf War in several episodes.
    Many of the characters were name after petroleum companies or products.
    The final episode contained a clear message of environmental responsibility.
    It won numerous awards including an Emmy.
