He committed to the University of Florida before making himself eligible for the NBA Draft upon graduation.
He was known to feud with teammates and coaches.
He could not get along with arguably the greatest player in NBA history, Michael Jordan.
The Wizards passed on players like Pau Gasol, Shane Battier and Tony Parker just to take him.
He was suspended for the Wizards 2005 playoff run.
He frequently skipped practices and shoot arounds.

He was the first player out of high school to be drafted 1st overall in the history of the NBA Draft.
Michael Jordan helped get the Wizards to draft him with the first overall pick.
He holds many records at Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia for points scored and blocked shots.
