Why he might be annoying:

He was an effeminate chronic bed-wetter with few friends.
While impotent, he became obsessed with masturbation.
He violently raped and murdered children and women, often biting off body parts such as tongues and genitalia.
He disemboweled victims and drank their blood.
During his trial, he removed his clothes and waved his penis at the crowd shouting: 'Look at this useless thing, what do you think I could do with that?'

When he was five, his mother told him that his older brother had disappeared seven years earlier and the she believed that he was kidnapped and eaten by neighbors.
He was found guilty of fifty-two counts of murder (October 15, 1992).
He was executed by a single shot to the back of the neck (February 14, 1994).
