    Born in Boston, Massachusetts
Drafted 218th overall by the Denver Broncos in the 1994 NFL Draft
Center for the Denver Broncos (1994-2008)

Why he might be annoying:

He was extremely quiet and refused to do interviews under any circumstances.
He was primarily a backup during his four years at Boston College.
The Broncos initially didn’t think he would succeed and put him on waivers two days before the start of the 1994 season.
He was considered to be undersized for an offensive lineman by football pundits.
Despite his accolades, he was routinely snubbed for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Why he might not be annoying:

He spent his entire career with the Broncos.
He was considered the anchor of the Broncos offensive line unit during the 1990’s and 2000’s.
He proved his worth and became a durable offensive lineman for the Broncos.
He was a member of the first two Broncos Super Bowl championship teams (1997-98).
Despite his lack of size, his strength and speed were considered his greatest assets on the field.
His blocking skills paved the way for the likes of Terrell Davis, Mike Anderson and Clinton Portis to record 1,000+ yard rushing seasons.
He was the last active player from the 1990’s Broncos Super Bowl winning teams to retire.
