Why she might be annoying:

Despite her long, varied, and very successful career she will always be remembered for her appearance on Star Trek which consisted of less than a half a dozen lines.
She was married and divorced three times.
Two of her appearances on The Twilight Zone consisted of her delivering the same line, 'Room for one more honey.'
Her 'official website' was solely dedicated to selling autographed photographs of herself.
She auditioned for the High School of the Performing Arts in New York without getting her mother's permission.
She missed out appearing in the pilot of Star Trek because she couldn't wear the contact lenses required for the role.
She appeared in a movie titled 'Zoltan, Hound of Dracula' aka 'Dracula's Dog.'
She never won or was even nominated for a major award for her acting.

Her appearance as T'Pring is probably the most favorite guest starring role in the entire history of the Star Trek franchise.
Throughout her career, she was able to credibly play a wide variety of ethnicities from Vulcans to Native Americans to Asians.
She won her school's drama award in her senior year, it's highest honor.
Growing up in savage poverty in the Bronx, she was lifted out of her environment when her mother's employer saw her potential and sent her to a private boarding school at his own expense when she was eight years old.
She maintained an extraordinarily long and successful career in the world's most competitive industry.
One of her teachers at the High School of the Performing Arts was then future director Sidney Lumet.
Her ability to change her appearance from role to role earned her the nickname 'The Chameleon.'
