Titles held: ECW World Title three times, ECW Tag Team Belt one time

Why he might be annoying:

His character is a beer-swilling, cigarette smoking, foul mouthed drunk.
He has several tattoo's including a famous one underneath his biceps, which is a picture of his head smoking a cigarette.
While in WCW the company did not buy the rights to use the name 'Sandman,' instead he was given the name 'Hardcore Hak.'
He claims that when he was in ECW, he wrestled every match while he was drunk.
He sounds like a moron whenever he gives speeches.
He never works out, and has an average build.

Why he might not be annoying:

His entire persona was stolen by the WWF's 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin.
He constantly puts his body in harms way, to achieve an overall affect of realism in a fake sport. Because of this he has suffered several severe injuries.
His 'feuds' with the WWF wrestler Raven have become some of the most memorable in ECW history.
His ECW motto was 'Politically Incorrect, And Damn Proud Of It!'
