She was a tomboy when she was a kid.
For a brief time in high school, she was shy.
She is a self-described perfectionist.

Growing up, she loved to explore and try different things.
She discovered her love of swimming at four years old and during her teen years.
She swam in competitions up and down the East Coast, breaking numerous records.
She was a high honors student.
She vented her frustration at high school through poetry and artwork, rather than turning to drugs.
She once volunteered at a rape crises/sexual assault center.
She studied drama at the University of Virgina.
She earned an aerobics certification and personal training certificate when she was just 16.
She was approached by a modeling agent about modeling in New York and since she couldn't go to New York for the test photos, her mother took some photos of her and sent them.
She attended an interior design school in New York, apprenticing on some major projects and later graduated with a certificate in interior design, with a license to practice.
She seems to be open-minded and honest.
