Football Player

The Resume

    (March 14, 1967- )
    Born in New Iberia, Louisiana
Defensive back for the Calgary Stampeders (1990-93) and the Baltimore Stallions (1994-95)
Grey Cup Most Valuable Player (1994)
    Grey Cup champion (1995)

Why he might be annoying:

He was considered too small by football pundits.
He wasn’t initially announced the MVP of the 1994 Grey Cup until after Lui Passaglia was announced the winner on-air.
When word of the mistake became public, he was named winner and Passaglia got the game’s Most Outstanding Canadian instead.
He opted to retire following the demise of the Stallions franchise.
It is impossible to Google his name without being redirected to Karl-Anthony Towns.

Why he might not be annoying:

He attended Southwest Missouri State University, where he established himself as a star on the football team.
He was known as a shutdown defensive back in Baltimore.
He was a member of the Stallions teams that reached the Grey Cup game in both years of the team's existence.
He was the first player since the introduction of the Grey Cup MVP award to win it as a member of the losing team.
He was genuinely humbled when he found out he was the actual winner of the Grey Cup MVP Award.
