Why he might be annoying:

    He married Colette only because she was pregnant.
    He constantly cheated on her.
    Police charged him with stabbing and bludgeoning his wife and children as they slept.
    He blamed the attack on drugged up hippies.
    He appeared on the 'Dick Cavett Show' and joked about the police investigating him.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was voted 'Most Popular' and 'Most Likely To Succeed' in high school.
    He was a Green Beret and surgeon.
    There was blood, fiber and skin evidence that intruders attacked the family.
    A witness, Helena Stoeckly, came forward admitting involvement in the crime, but her testimony was suspect because she was a known drug abuser.
    He always maintained his innocence.
