    Head of the Foreign Office of the Nazi Party (1933-1945)
    Head of the Reich Ministry for Eastern Occupied Territories (1940-1945)

Why he might be annoying:

    He had a weak personality and lacked motivation.
    He was the author of many Nazi philosophical works, including ones that were anti-Semitic and anti-Christian.
    His works were considered laughable by other intellectuals, including some Nazis.
    He carried little power in his position in the Foreign Office.
    He pillaged valuable works of art from occupied nations and collaborated in the starvation of the Russian people.
    He also had some involvement in the 'Final Solution.'
    He was convicted of all counts at Nuremberg.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He fought against the Bolsheviks before they took power in Russia.
    He was sentenced to death and hanged.
