The Resume

    Based in California
    Project manager
Became a hidden-face Twitter celebrity for his 13-ingredient Starbucks order called the Venti Caramel Crunch Frappe, costing $19 (May 1, 2021)
Appeared on ‘Inside Edition,’ revealing his face

Why he might be annoying:

He is only known by his first name as he refused to reveal his last name.
His customized drink requires five whole bananas.
He was specific about how many pumps of several different syrups required for his drink. ('Seven pumps of dark caramel sauce')
He drinks Starbucks frequently enough to pay for his drink using his customer loyalty points.
The picture of his order went viral (with the caption ‘On today’s episode of why I wanna quit my job,’ 335,000 likes) leading to Starbucks customers all over the nation ordering ‘The Edward.’

Why he might not be annoying:

Five dollars of the $19 he paid for the drink was actually a tip for the barista.
Upon hearing that his order trended on social media, he tracked down the barista to make sure the Starbucks worker did not get into trouble over the tweet.
The barista Josie Morales got fired as he violated the corporation’s social media policy.
He also works as a home health care aide.
He is clearly not one of those anti-sugar dieters.
He reunited with the barista who made his drink and uploaded his order on social media greeting him with a half hug.
He didn’t take the tweet personally and even became friends with Morales since the incident.
