    Portrayed Lady Agatha Shawcross in ‘You Rang, M’Lord’ (1990-93)
    Appeared on the London stage in ‘Black Comedy’ (1968-69), ‘Absurd Person Singular’ (1974), and ‘Little Lies’ (1983-84)
    Died from drinking drain cleaner and pouring it on herself, causing chemical burns to her digestive tract and 40% of her skin
    Coroner ruled the death to not be a suicide as the act was committed while ‘the balance of her mind was disturbed’

    She was one of the few women to be a Bond girl twice.
    She helped care for Phillips’ first wife, Penny Bartley, after Bartley suffered a crippling stroke.
    Phillips said, ‘She was a kind, generous person…. She was lovely when she was sober.’
