The Resume

    (circa 1976- )
    Resident of New York City
    Attorney
Founded his own law firm (2012)
Donated $500 to the presidential campaign of Donald Trump (2016)
Ranted at a customer and employee of the Fresh Kitchen restaurant who were talking to each other in Spanish
Video of the rant went viral after being posted on Facebook (May 15, 2018)
Identified as Schlossberg by former college classmates

Why he might be annoying:

In the video, he yells at a manager, ‘It’s America. Your staff should be speaking English, not Spanish.'
He says of the employees, ‘I pay for their welfare…. The least they can do is speak English’ and ‘My guess is they are not documented, so my next call is to ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] to have each one of them kicked out of my country.’
On his firm’s webpage, he boasts about his fluency in Spanish. (Apparently, people speaking Spanish are dandy if he is making money off them.)
Several of the classmates who identified him said they were not surprised at his behavior.
The publicity from the Fresh Kitchen rant resulted in earlier videos of him resurfacing.
In one incident (video originally posted October 16, 2016), he shoved another pedestrian on the sidewalk with his briefcase and yelled, ‘You don’t run into me. I’m a citizen here, you’re not. You’re an ugly fucking foreigner.’ (For what it is worth, the guy he ran into, Willie Morris, was born in Massachusetts.)
He was videoed leading a chant of ‘fake Jews’ directed at ultra-Orthodox Haredi Jews rallying.in support of Linda Sarsour, a Muslim political activist.
In a video taken at a ‘100 Days of Failure’ rally, he yells at anti-Trump protesters, ‘How dare you question my president. You should just say, ‘Thank you for letting me in your motherfucking country.’’
As part of the inevitable half-assed apology, he claimed, ‘What the video did not convey is the real me.’ (And is that true of the other videos of you being an asshole, too?)

Why he might not be annoying:

He studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, during college.
The building where his law firm was renting space kicked him out.
He had to delete the Facebook page for his law firm after it was flooded with over 11,000 one-star reviews.
A GoFundMe page was started to raise $500 to hire a mariachi band to follow him about.
