Why he might be annoying:

    Foam Lake, eh?
He was on only two All-Star teams in his 14-year NHL career.
He was general manager of the defunct Roller Hockey International’s Vipers inline hockey team.
It wasn’t until his trade to the Wings in his final season that he played in his 1000th game.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was not one to seek out the spotlight.
According to Jacques Demers, ‘He’s got to be the most underrated player in this league.’
He recorded a minimum of 50 assists in ten straight seasons.
He was one of the few bright spots in the Blues’ chaff-over-wheat drafting strategy.
