Starred in ‘Seventh Heaven (1937),’ ‘Ladies in Love (1936),’ ‘Josette (1938),’ ‘The Devil and Daniel Webster (1941)’ and ‘Johnny Doesn’t Live Here Anymore (1944)’

Her birth year is listed anywhere from 1910 to 1917.
She was difficult to work with.
She had a pet black panther.
Although she had a horrible singing voice, she sang in the musical ‘Love and Hisses.’
She gave men she was attracted to gold keys to her bedroom, making her the center of Hollywood scandals.
