    Born in Dublin, Ireland
Founded the political party For Britain (2017)

Why she might be annoying:

She ran for Parliament unsuccessfully as a Labour Party candidate several times, then joined the UK Independence Party (UKIP).

When she ran for party leader, 18 of the 20 UKIP members of the European Parliament said they would resign if she won.
Membership in her For Britain party skewed heavily toward people rejected by the UKIP because of past associations with the fascist British National Party (BNP).
She claims the European Union is conspiring to turn Europe into an Islamic state.
She advocates for a temporary ban on all immigration, followed by a permanent ban on Muslim immigrants.
She said, 'A lot of people need to be deported. Many mosques need to be closed down. ' (2015)
Her address to the white nationalist group Generation Identity was billed as 'the first 'great replacement' speech by a UK politician.' (2019)
She adopted the 'White lives matter' slogan (2020).

Why she might not be annoying:

She is a lesbian in a civil partnership.
She has yet to come close to winning an election.
She provided Nigel Farage with the novel experience of attacking a politician from the left.
