    He was so devoted to George W. Bush, his wife asked him ‘Are you married to me, or George W. Bush?'
    He set up the special White House group WHIG, to promote the war in Iraq.
    He and Alberto Gonzales tried to pressure the ailing John Ashcroft into re-authorizing President Bush's domestic program.
    He criticized Barack Obama for saying people in Pennsylvania were bitter, while at the same time he called people from San Francisco elitist.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was the first person to inform George W. Bush of the 9/11 attacks.
    He criticized Karl Rove for saying the democrats pushed President Bush into the war with Iraq.
    He is strongly devoted to the Bush family, serving under both the father and the son.
