She was arrested for stealing jewelry, clothes and legal documents from the apartment of model Jasmine Lennard (November, 2009).
She reportedly left a used vibrator at the scene of the crime as a calling card.
After Nicky Hilton's birthday party, she asked Lennard to look after her adopted daughter, Ava, for the night, then did not come back for ten days.
She walked out of rehab programs against her parents' wishes twice.
She and Tila Tequila claimed to be engaged (December 9, 2009).
TMZ reported that the engagement ring was a fake.

Why she might not be annoying:

Vanity Fair called her 'a Paris Hilton with brains.'
She was diagnosed with diabetes at age eight and has worked with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to promote awareness of the disease.
After a fight, her ex-girlfriend, Courtney Semel, set her hair on fire (January, 2009).
