    Played for the Broncos from 1983-1991
    Running backs coach for Texas A&M (1992-1993)
    Quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers (1994)
    Quarterbacks coach/Offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos (1995-2005)
    Head coach of the Houston Texans (2006-2013)

Why he might be annoying:

    He spent his entire playing career as a backup to John Elway.
    He coached many of his former teammates while with the Broncos.
    Most of the quarterbacks that played under him were already developed into prime stars.
    He spent 11 years as an assistant coach before becoming a head coach.

Why he might not be annoying:

    The Texans have steadily improved since he became their head coach.
    He drafted Mario Williams and traded for Matt Schaub
    Steve Young had the most productive season of his career under Kubiak.
    He coached his alma mater, his former NFL team and his hometown team.
