Why they might be annoying:

They are a big part of Big Pharma.
The 'P' in the company name is silent.
They gave us the infamous erectile dysfunction drug Viagra.
Viagra was originally intended to treat heart disease and high blood pressure instead of ED when it was first developed (circa 1989).
They offshore much of their revenue to avoid paying more taxes.
They landed in legal trouble a number of times for the illegal and dangerous off-label marketing of prescription medications (such as Bextra and Gabapentin) and had to pay out billions of dollars in settlements in the process.

Why they might not be annoying:

They, along with other pharma companies Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca and Moderna, developed vaccines to combat the COVID pandemic.
Pfizer's vaccine was co-developed in cooperation with the German company BioNTech. (2020-21)
Their COVID vaccine is roughly 95 percent effective at preventing serious COVID symptoms.
Their COVID vaccine was the first to get full official FDA approval, following months of emergency use (August 24, 2021).
Viagra has been able to re-energize sex lives well into elder age with its use.
