He nervously rocks back and forth during the game.
He spent eighteen years in the minors as pitcher, coach and manager.
He coached John Rocker.
Despite going to eleven straight playoffs (1991-2002) while he is pitching coach, they only won one World Series (1995).
His pitching staff lost four World Series (1991, 92, 96, 99).
