Why Silk Stalkings might be annoying:

Since it was too risque and violent to air on broadcast television, CBS scheduled the series to air late night after the local news.
However, the show moved to cable network USA in order to accommodate the 'Late Show with David Letterman.'
Integrity, morality and ethics are called into judgment.
The show's title is a wordplay on 'silk stockings.'
Despite being set in Florida, the series was filmed on location in San Diego, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
When Kapture and Estes departed the show, their immediate replacements were canned a few episodes into the new season.

Why Silk Stalkings might not be annoying:

It was the longest running series created by Stephen J. Cannell.
The show's theme song was composed by Mike Post who wrote for most of Cannell's other programs.
Estes would find further success on the television series 'Melrose Place.'
It probably inspired 'Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.'
