He was a nymphomaniac.
Officials in Libya branded him as 'not intellectually curious.'
He fled to Egypt in a failed attempt tp usurp his father.

Why he might not be annoying:

He reconciled with his daddy, who appointed him as National Security Advisor.
He met with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in an effort to re-engage Libyan/American diplomatic relations (April 2009).
He was known to be generous with friends.
He lavished on ALL of his women, presenting them with the world's best hairstylists, most expensive designer purses and latest high fashion.
He dressed dapper.
Video surfaced of him smoking a cigarette moments before members of the National Transition Council shot him dead.
