Why he might be annoying:

He began seeking out dying residents after he was donated to the home by a woman who herself was near death (2004).
He was present at the deaths of over 36 home residents and often remained with them until the mortician arrived.
His Grim Reaper reputation made some people apprehensive of him.
Skeptics accused him of coincidentally seeking out residents near death while looking for a warm room to rest in.
He shares his name with a stereotypical 'Our Gang' character.

Why he might not be annoying:

His behavior with the dying residents gave them comfort and companionship.
He was described as loving, loyal, and affectionate to all of the home's residents.
Many residents and others were not intimidated by his psychic behavior.
Many other animals are reported as having similar psychic behavior, including Oscar.
