She has breast implants.
She never had much of an acting career and has been known to have horrendous acting abilities.
In 'Pumping Iron II,' she was viewed as someone who thought she had an easy ride to the 1983 Caesar's World Cup, thanks to her highly feminine appearance.
She lost that competition when she was caught stuffing her sports bra to increase her chest size.

She was the first Ms. Olympia.
For a female bodybuilder, she actually looked feminine.
She has been seen as a huge influence in the sport of female bodybuilding.
She briefly appeared topless in 'Ravenhawk.'
