    He was passionate about sports and was able to provide an animated presentation of sports highlights on a nightly basis.
    He was a fixture on TSN’s flagship programs Sports Desk and Sports Centre over his three decade career with the network.
    He was diagnosed with prostate cancer, which caused him to take a year long hiatus from his broadcasting duties in 2021.
    In fitting fashion, he made his return to the air when he was part of the TSN broadcasting team at the 109th Grey Cup, which was held in his home province of Saskatchewan.
