The Resume

    (1993- )
Donkey born in Russia and used in a parasailing stunt to promote tourism in Golubitskaya, a Russian resort town on the Azov Sea
Footage of the flight captured on film and posted on YouTube (July 20, 2010)
Outraged viewers wanted her secured from participating in further endeavors and responsible parties prosecuted
Purchased by the British newspaper The Sun (August 4, 2010) and taken to the Kremlin Riding School just outside Moscow for pampered treatment before traveling to a permanent home somewhere in England

Why she might be annoying:

The Sun is a notorious rag publication, and chances are they stepped in more for the publicity it would generate than any humanitarian effort.
She became the first ass ever to grace the doors of the prestigious Kremlin Horse Riding School.
Her pampering consisted of organic oats, seeds and carrots, filtered water, massages, hoof trimming and buffing, exotic shampoos, hot baths, blow drying, heated sun lamps, air conditioned stall and a personal horse (donkey) whisperer.
She could have just relaxed and enjoyed the ride, but she brayed uncontrollably and had no fun whatsoever.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was up in the air 150 ft. for 30 minutes, terrified and braying the entire time, children crying about her plight, and NOBODY thought to call the cops.
When she landed she was dragged by the boat through the water and nearly drowned.
Once her ordeal went up on YouTube, public outrage was immediate and widespread.
Hollywood legend and animal activist Brigitte Bardot personally complained to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who secured her stay at the riding facility.
When pictures of her flight were published by The Sun, readers urged the newspaper to rescue her, so they did.
Anapka's original owner was duped into leasing her out, being told she would just be used to give kids donkey rides.
The man behind the stunt, Vasily Gorobets, will likely escape criminal charges because of minimal animal protection laws in Russia.
